Friends of 38th is a non-profit with a singular focus on advocating for 38th Street in Indianapolis.
Our work is organized around three objectives. We will:
Raise awareness of the successes and challenges of the street among the broader community,
Bring our great midtown neighborhoods adjacent to 38th Street together with events, new business opportunities, and social engagement, and
Advocate for the street to be improved, cared for, and elevated from a problem to a key asset in our Circle City.
We are partnering with neighbors, local anchor institutions, businesses, grassroots organizations, and city leaders to bring about much needed attention and change to 38th. We are focused on transforming 38th from a street that intentionally and unintentionally has been a source of divide to a place that can unite and thrive.
